Kelly has worked closely with many respected North America-based Developers and is intimately familiar with the presale market. She played an integral role in managing and the sales of various successful wood-frame, high-rise, and mixed-use developments in Metro Vancouver.

Kelly oversees the sales and marketing activities of Sutton 1st West. From digital advertising to public relations, these activities boost the growth of our company. She assists Michael to coordinate with Developers regarding presale projects. Kelly not only devotes herself to setting up priority presale access and presale training for agents, but she is also directing the lead generation program to generate and qualify leads for the company.
